East Coast Workshop Bernie Traurig

Riding sessions will be divided into the following groups:

  • Group One: 2’3”-2’9” Low and Green Hunters and Jumpers
  • Group Two: 3’ plus Hunters and Equitation with Derby Theme
  • Group Three: 3’-3’6” Jumpers and Equitation
  • Group Four: 3’6” plus Jumper

Workshop Fee – $1200 per rider (Only 4 riders per group will be accepted on a first signup basis):

  • To be paid directly to EquestrianCoach.com online via PayPal or by mail
  • 25% due upon sign up (refundable prior to March 24th or credited towards a future workshop after March 24th)
  • 25% due by April 1st (non-refundable, but can be credited towards a future workshop)
  • 50% balance due upon registration at the workshop (cash or credit card only)

 

What’s Included:

  • Three 1 hr. 45 min. Riding Sessions
    • Continental breakfast and lunch
  • Thursday evening Rider Reception with hors d’oeuvres & beverages for you and up to two guests
  • Friday & Saturday night dinners for you and one guest, includes beverages, video presentations and Q&A (additional dinner tickets can be purchased on the Auditor page)
  • Free daily auditing, breakfast & lunch for up to two other people
  • “Personal Coach” for a year – Bernie will continue to monitor your progress via video analysis for one year following workshop
  • Free Annual Membership to EquestrianCoach.com & 50% annual discount thereafter
  • The American Hunter/Jumper Forward Riding System DVD collection
  • EquestrianCoach.com hat, backpack and Certificate of Achievement

 

Additional Expenses Not Included in Workshop Fee:

  • Stabling Fee: $40.00 per day to be paid to the host facility upon arrival, this includes shavings, mucking and hay
  • Horses may normally ship in as early as May 3rd and depart no later than May 8th unless other arrangements are made with the host facility
  • Bring your own grain, supplements and buckets
  • No grooming is provided but stalls will be cleaned and horses fed/watered daily

 

Refunds:

  • Full rider refunds for cancellation due to emergency/illness of the hosts at Buena Vista Farm or Bernie
  • For cancellation due to inclement weather, the 50% ($600) rider deposit will be credited towards a future workshop or you may choose to receive your 25% deposit ($300)
  • For cancellation due to inclement weather, portions of the deposits retained by Equestrian Coach, LLC. will be used to pay for unrecoverable expenses incurred by the hosts at Buena Vista Farm and Bernie
  • Full rider refunds for cancellation if attendance goals are not reached
