This discounted price is valid with signed agreement committing to the required number of paid student participants. If you do not meet the minimum, you agree to pay the price difference between the level you signed up for and the level you end up obtaining. Should you exceed the number of students required, we will refund you the difference.

Free Yearly Renewal On Coach Memberships:
For levels 2 -4, as long as you maintain the required number of paid student memberships for the level purchased in any given year, we will renew the annual coach memberships that came with your Freshman Kit for FREE. Should you have more or less students, we will adjust the amount of coach membership renewals based on the level you meet.
Collection of Money From Students:
At the beginning of the school year or school semester, the purchaser, the school or head coach is responsible for collection of funds for individual annual student memberships and sending one lump payment to Equestrian Coach. Once payment has been received, Annual Membership activation codes will be sent for distribution to the students.
Ownership of Instructor Kit:
All levels of the Freshman Kit are offered as a one-time purchase. Ownership of the Freshman Kit and the privileges that go with it, belong to the purchaser, be it a coach or the school/organization.
