Hay Fever Farm’s Workshop On The Road – Riders

East Coast Workshop Bernie Traurig

Riding sessions will be divided into the following groups:

    • Group One: 2’3”-2’6” – Low and Green Hunters and Jumpers
    • Group Two: 2’6” plus* – Low and Green Hunters and Jumpers
    • Group Three: 3’ plus* – Jumpers, Hunters, and Equitation
    • Group Four: 3’3” plus* – Jumper, Hunters, and Equitation

 

*Plus means heights can be adjusted up or down for you or your horse’s level.

 

Workshop Fee – $1200 per rider (Only 4 riders per group will be accepted on a first signup basis):

  • To be paid directly to EquestrianCoach.com online via PayPal or by mail
  • 25% due upon sign up (refundable prior to Jan1st or credited towards a future workshop after Jan1st)
  • 25% due by Feb 20th (non-refundable, but can be credited towards a future workshop)
  • 50% balance due upon registration at the workshop (cash or credit card only)

 

What’s Included:

  • Three 1 hr. 45 min. Riding Sessions
    • Continental breakfast and lunch
  • Saturday night dinner for you and one guest, includes beverages, video presentations and Q&A with Bernie and Olympians, Neal & Elisa Shapiro (additional dinner tickets can be purchased on the Auditor page)
  • Free daily auditing, breakfast & lunch for up to two other people
  • “Personal Coach” for a year – Bernie will continue to monitor your progress via video analysis for one year following workshop
  • Free Annual Membership to EquestrianCoach.com & 50% annual discount thereafter
  • EquestrianCoach.com hat, backpack and Certificate of Achievement

 

Additional Expenses Not Included in Workshop Fee:

  • Stabling Fee: $60.00 per day to be paid to the host facility upon arrival, this includes shavings, mucking and hay
  • Horses may normally ship in as early as April 7th and depart no later than April 11th unless other arrangements are made with the host facility
  • Bring your own grain, supplements and buckets
  • No grooming is provided but stalls will be cleaned and horses fed/watered daily

 

Refunds:

  • Full rider refunds for cancellation due to emergency/illness of the hosts at Hay Fever Farm or Bernie
  • For cancellation due to inclement weather, the 50% ($600) rider deposit will be credited towards a future workshop or you may choose to receive your 25% deposit ($300)
  • For cancellation due to inclement weather, portions of the deposits retained by Equestrian Coach, LLC. will be used to pay for unrecoverable expenses incurred by the hosts at Hay Fever Farm and Bernie
  • Full rider refunds for cancellation if attendance goals are not reached
