Join Carla as she takes us on a journey through her life and career and shares with us her passion for the sport. In this free video, we learn about her career as a championship rider and her teaching career at several prestigious universities with equestrian programs including; Colorado Sate University, University of Georgia, Martin Community College and St. Andrews University. But her favorite career highlight in the Western Horsemanship industry has been that of a judge. Carla has been a Quarter Horse Judge for 29 years, with 26 of that also spent as a National Snaffle Bit Association Judge and a National Reining Association Judge. She is also a FEI Steward for reining. Her goal is to share with others all the things she has learned throughout the years in hopes that her riders will gain the same appreciation and love for the industry as she has.
