While the restrictions associated with Covid-19 have diminished, we are still following safe health practices and recommend that visitors/auditors affiliated with each participant be limited to friends, family and/or trainer(s).
Our charges will remain reduced by 15%.
THAT’S RIGHT, IT’S PRIVATE!
A unique opportunity to work with Bernie, one on one, with your own horse in three or six private sessions of an hour and a half each over three or six days. Also, enjoy two to four dinners with video presentations along with Q&A specific to your needs! Amateurs, Juniors and Professionals in all jumping disciplines are welcome. Only 5 riders in total per workshop, with your own horse, will be accepted on a first signup basis. Once full, riders will be placed on a waiting list. These private sessions are structured to work out and solve any issues you or your horse may have. No leased horses will be available in this workshops.
WHAT’S INCLUDED FOR THE RIDERS:
- Three or six 1 hr. 30 min. Riding Sessions
- Stall(s) will include initial bedding only
- Continental breakfast
- Tuesday & Wednesday and/or Saturday & Sunday night dinners for you, family, and one guest, includes beverages, video presentations and Q&A.
- Free daily auditing and breakfast for you, family, and one guest.
- “Personal Coach” for a year – Bernie will continue to monitor your progress via video analysis for one year following workshop
- Free 1-Year Membership to EquestrianCoach.com & 50% annual discount thereafter
- EquestrianCoach.com hat, backpack and Certificate of Achievement
- Horses normally ship in the day before and depart the day after each workshop unless other arrangements are made
RIDERS’ RESPONSIBILITIES:
- No grooming is provided
- You will be responsible to clean your own stall (or pay for a stall cleaner)
- Bring your own hay, grain, supplements, and shavings (or purchase from the local feed store: Deer Springs Feed & Supply, 2333 North Twin Oaks Valley Road, 1-760-744-9600)
WORKSHOP FEE:
- $1,200 per rider for one 3-day session (only 5 riders will be accepted per workshop on a first signup basis) or
- $1,920 for the 6-day session
- To be paid directly to EquestrianCoach.com online via PayPal or by credit card over the phone
- 25% due upon sign up
- Balance due upon registration at the workshop (cash or credit card only)
REFUNDS:
- Full rider refunds for cancellation due to emergency or illness of Bernie
- For cancellation due to inclement weather, the 25% rider deposit will be credited towards a future workshop or you may choose to receive 10% back. Portions of the deposits retained by Equestrian Coach, LLC. will be used to pay for unrecoverable expenses incurred by EquestrianCoach Ranch & Bernie
- 25% is refundable in full with notice prior to July 1st. After July 1st there are no refunds for cancellations, but the deposits can be credited toward future workshops
